My Referrals

User guide:

  • Username: Your user name will be your full name. For example if you entered your first name as “ahmed”and last name as “jamal”, then your username will be ahmedjamal
  • After registering/logging in click on “Open a ticket” to submit a new referral
  • In the subject line, enter the requirement in brief. For example: Customer looking for ERP solution
  • In the description, enter more details about the requirement along with the customer’s contact details
  • Select the product type from the available option
  • Select the Priority from the available option and click on “submit ticket”
  • To check your submitted referrals, click on “My Tickets”
  • You can track the status of your referral by clicking on “My Tickets” and you can reply also to us by clicking on the particular referral you submitted
